You may recall it was the New Blue Party that informed you of the Ford PC government's decision to fund an "all ages drag show" in Kitchener last December.  Click here to read our email if you missed it.

Months later, a reporter from the Toronto Star contacted us asking for comment and accusing Belinda of being responsible for one of the "performers" at the event receiving threats.

The allegation stated that one of the individuals on the literature piece advertising the "show" was "targeted by the New Blue Party, which has been pushing the conspiracy theory that drag performers and transgender people are attempting to groom and sexually abuse children."

This, based solely on the fact that we circulated on social media, and in a by-election flyer, the same image that the "all ages drag night" organizers used to advertise the event but highlighting the Ford PC government's involvement (click here to view it).

Nevertheless, Belinda provided three sentences as comment in response to the media request.

And in true establishment-loving fashion, the Toronto Star-owned paper selectively edited Belinda's words and barely included a complete sentence from her statement in their subsequent hit piece (click here to read it).

Without double standards, Ontario's establishment media would have no standards at all.

We all saw that when Belinda was physically forced to leave the Ontario legislature by the PC Speaker of the House in December 2021, weeks after she recovered from a mild case of COVID-19 and was cleared by public health authorities to return to work (click here to watch the video).

And despite the ruling by public health officials, the Ford PC government's Speaker of the Legislature claimed that – because she would not use a COVID-19 vaccine passport – she was to be assumed contagious and banned from Queen's Park for 90 days.

Back then, the very same establishment media viciously attacked Belinda – both chastising her vaccination status and providing misleading headlines and stories suggesting she had attempted to enter the legislature with COVID-19.

As a result of this blatant misreporting, Belinda received an avalanche of threats and harassment from paranoid brainwashed Ontarians - but of course, no apologies were provided by the establishment media.

In fact, some doubled down on their attacks in the months leading up to last year's provincial election.

When it comes to criticizing Belinda and Jim, the establishment media is not concerned about threats and harassment that might follow from the public. 

But for those that put on "all ages drag shows," that is reason for press outrage and an "investigative report."

Luckily, Jim and Belinda have thick skin and continue to keep moving forward.

The New Blue Party was founded to expose the corrupt, tax and spend, socially perverse policies the Ontario PCs share with the Liberals and NDP – and that includes calling out the establishment media they help keep in business with government handouts.
