PC sources have informed The Toronto Star that Doug Ford is preparing to call an early 2025 election, using alleged “economic uncertainty” from a second Donald Trump presidency as his excuse.

The Ontario PCs are trying to ride Donald Trump’s coattails.

And they are suggesting that a Trump presidency will be bad for Ontario.

But Doug Ford is no Donald Trump.

And the biggest problem facing Ontario isn’t Donald Trump... it’s Doug Ford and his left-wing cronies masquerading as conservatives.

Ford and his caucus of clapping seals have abandoned conservative values and aligned themselves with the Trudeau Liberals on every major political file. Whether it’s imposing carbon taxes, keeping gender ideology in schools, or giving billions in handouts to electric vehicle producers, the Ford PCs have prioritized the interests of left-wing ideologues and lobbyists over everyday Ontarians.

That’s why the New Blue Party exists — to give Ontario real conservative leadership that prioritizes families, freedom, and fiscal responsibility.
