As 2021 comes to a close, your support and prayers have helped us overcome our obstacles, persevere, and keep moving forward.

With your encouragement, the New Blue Party of Ontario is the best positioned party that is not run by left-wing ideologues, lobbyists, or their paid organizers, to challenge the Ontario PC Party and Doug Ford in the June election.

We have worked diligently to build a party that will earn the trust of Ontarians.

By the numbers, the New Blue Party consists of:

1. A board of directors of ten committed Ontarians plus our staff;

2. Local leaders volunteering as presidents and treasurers of 114 registered New Blue riding associations - we are only 10 ridings short of having a New Blue association registered in every riding in Ontario;

3. We have drafted and ratified our party's mission statement;

4. The New Blue Party's principles have also been drafted and ratified;

5. We are proud to have created, drafted, and ratified the New Blue Party's constitution consisting of our governing articles;

6. We incorporated the New Blue Ontario Fund, a not-for-profit corporation with governing documents and three directors, to handle your contributions under the oversight of an annual audit; and

7. Thousands of members and donors across Ontario have stepped forward to join and financially support the New Blue Party of Ontario.

I am also proud of our three stage candidate process that includes a comprehensive application and vetting process and provides for our local members to choose between qualified applicants.

Establishment pollsters have already started measuring the New Blue's growth across Ontario.

As I prepare to run for re-election in my home riding of Cambridge, I look forward to working with the rest of our candidates when our application process is complete.

In the New Year, we will provide you with a look back at the list of issues and policies we addressed and challenged the Ford PCs with, over the last year.

In the weeks ahead, I am looking forward to presenting you with the New Blue's platform that will comprehensively address the challenges facing Ontarians. You can be sure that the lobbyist class will not be happy!
