The Ford PCs are spending billions of dollars in taxpayer money to buy left-wing votes. They have completely abandoned all of the promises of their prior campaign.

In 2018, Doug Ford promised he would cut electricity rates.

Since then, sky rocketing electricity rates under the McGuinty-Wynne Liberals have continued under the Ford PCs, even though the Ford PCs are using taxpayer money to subsidize hydro prices.

As outlined in our platform - the New Blueprint - growing Ontario’s economy starts with taking down wind turbines to reduce electricity prices and improving productivity.

For years, the PC establishment told us that the Ontario legislature didn't have the power to take down the wind turbines and end the rip-off.

They lied.

If the Ontario legislature has the power to shut down small businesses for COVID-19, it also has the power to take down the wind turbines and end the banana republic styleelectricity rip-off.

Wind turbines account for a small amount of Ontario's generating capacity but are the largest component of our electricity rates.

And the Ford PCs have continued with this McGuinty-Wynne banana republic style rip off by building the largest wind farm in Ontario's history in North Stormont.

To lower electricity rates back to normal, we need to push to take down Ontario's wind turbines and make sure they never come back.
